Return & Refund Policy – Niral Industries
At Niral Industries, we strive to supply high-quality candle making and soap making materials. Due to the nature of raw materials and craft supplies, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. Customers are requested to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, the following details are mandatory:
• Complete unboxing video from the start of opening the package
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Order ID

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
Wrong Item Received
If the product delivered does not match the item ordered.
Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect verified by our team.
To qualify for return:
• Product must be unused
• Product must be unopened
• Product must be in original undamaged packaging
3. Return Request Time Limit
Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our team.
Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or returned to the sender.
5. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Original shipping charges
• Shipping charges if delivery is refused by the customer
• Additional courier costs incurred during delivery attempts
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Products must be returned:
• In unused condition
• In original packaging
• Properly packed to prevent damage during transit
Products received damaged due to improper packing may not be eligible for refund.
8. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed after deducting:
• 15% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges
• Actual courier charges where applicable
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Opened fragrance oils
• Used or partially used wax
• Opened raw materials
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Customized or made-to-order products
Due to hygiene and contamination concerns, opened or used materials cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted for return.
10. Glass Jar Breakage During Transport
Glass jars are fragile products and may occasionally break during transit despite careful packaging.
Breakage of glass jars during transport is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Customers are advised to consider this risk when ordering fragile items.
11. Minor Scratches on Urli / Metal Containers
Urli bowls and metal containers may sometimes have minor scratches, marks, or surface variations caused during manufacturing or transport.
These minor cosmetic marks do not affect product usability and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
12. Wax Condition During Transport
Due to weather conditions, especially during summer or high temperatures, wax may soften, melt, or slightly deform during transit.
This is a natural characteristic of wax materials and does not affect product quality or usability.
Such cases are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
13. Fragrance Oil Colour Variation
Fragrance oils may show slight colour variations between batches due to differences in raw ingredients.
This variation does not affect fragrance performance and is not considered a defect.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted based on colour variation.
14. Weight Tolerance
Certain raw materials such as wax, fragrance oils, and powders may have a minor weight variation due to packing processes.
A tolerance of ±5% of the stated weight is considered acceptable and not eligible for return or refund.
15. Product Use & Performance
Performance of candle and soap products may vary depending on factors such as:
• Wax type
• Wick size
• Fragrance load
• Container size
• Environmental conditions
Since these factors are beyond our control, product performance differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
16. Free Shipping Orders
For orders where Free Shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost incurred by Niral Industries will be deducted in case of return or refund.
The actual courier cost is approximately ₹40 – ₹60 per kg, depending on the shipment weight and delivery location.
This amount will be deducted from the refund amount along with any applicable restocking fee and other applicable charges.
